1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). Please address your statement to:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
3. Special Notes on Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer:
a) has expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
b) has confirmed their awareness that by giving consent they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract.
In this case you no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please note, however, our voluntary guarantee set out below.

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: should our guide not meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — straightforwardly and without further justification.
